ABOUT
Welcome to Lodge Cottage in Great Mongeham, an oasis of calm set in beautiful Kent countryside just a stone’s throw from the vibrant seaside town of Deal and only 1 hour 20 minutes from London St Pancras.
We moved to this lovely corner of East Kent in 2017 and began restoring the stable attached to the lodge into stylish, self - contained B&B accommodation. We developed the lovely woodland garden into a peaceful haven, surrounded by ancient trees, wild flowers, bird life and views across the surrounding countryside to the sea beyond.
The Garden Studio was completed in 2018, a place for relaxation and creativity offering craft workshops and treatments year-round.
Our aim is to provide a different experience, whether it is trying a new craft or simply taking time out to unwind with a relaxing massage or facial, plus the option to stay overnight too.
Whether you plan to visit the wider area or just fancy a night away, Lodge Cottage is a perfect place to stay and enjoy all that the surrounding Kent coast & countryside has to offer. There is so much to enjoy here and you are assured a warm and friendly welcome.
